It is up to ensure that these children are not left behind.        National Children’s Month is celebrated in November in the Philippines every year. This month-long celebration aims to give Filipino children access to a healthy environment, good education, and healthcare. Dr. Jose Rizal, the Philippines’ national hero, once said that the youth is the future of the nation, and investing in children is key for the betterment of the next generation.                                                                                     Studying is crucial for personal skill development in addition to educational advancement. Our confidence, skill, and self-esteem can all be increased by having effective study techniques. Additionally, it aids in lowering tension and worry related to tests and deadlines.      In the first quarter, I experience having hard times. To say that I’ve been challenged in new and interesting ways.      And now, some guidance I was given from my classmates. First, make sure to schedule some alone time. You must find time to simply switch off your brain in between school, and family obligations. Take an evening to relax in front of the TV or play a board game without feeling guilty. You deserve it.
